Maria is a screenwriter and film scholar from Russia, currently living in Finland. Currently, Maria is working on her PhD in Film and Folklore and balances creative and academic writing. Unsurprisingly, her main writing interests are folklore and mythology in film. Maria has lived in many countries: Russia, Ireland, the UK, Spain, Germany, and Finland and thus, she can be called an expert in writing about different cultures. Maria also has some experience in film marketing. Thus, she knows how to make the film attractive for the investors / buyers.
